Before and After School Care is offered to children of The Gregg Preparatory School.
Fees are payable on or before the first day of term.
Half a term's notice in writing, or payment in lieu of notice, is required before the withdrawal of a child. Interest will be added to accounts, which are paid late.
The costs for Before and After School Care are:

Before School Care 8am until 8.45am:
- £5.50 per day
- £57.00 per term for one fixed day
- £285.00 for every day per term
After School Care:

No refunds are given for bank holidays, school event days and so on; allowance has been made within the charges.
Fees will be invoiced at the beginning of each term to cover a full term and are payable within two weeks of the invoice date. Sessions previously booked will be charged for, even if a child does not attend.
It is advisable to book regular sessions throughout the term. Booking forms for sessions must be completed before the start of the term. Occasional sessions are available only if there are spaces. It is advisable to book regular sessions throughout the term.

A snack tea is provided for children staying for After School Care.
Children should be collected on time.
